 Room Rates and Our Policies
Room rates are per night for single or double occupancy. An extra charge will be assessed for each additional person over two. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. Rate range is $100 to $135. The online reservation system will show both prices and availability.

Quilt Room
A spacious room with an antique bed and ladder loaded with authentic antique quilts. Pictures and antique boxes adorn the hearth and nightstands. A jacuzzi bathtub for two has been added in the bathroom, and a private entrance leads to the parking area. |
Pineapple Room
Decorated with a hand carved bed, an iron day bed and an antique chair by the fireplace. A simple cotton dress from the 1900's hangs in the corner of this oversized room. A mirrored armoire adds to the charm. |
Holladay Brothers Room
Located at the top of the stairs and has a private deck overlooking Weston's tree-topped skyline, 100-year-old church steeples, and the Missouri River Valley. Enjoy the sunset from this peaceful space, which has an antique writing table and chair, typewriter, quilts, an antique rocking chair and old photographs. |
Clemmies Suite
Across from the old English Country Phone Booth in the lobby, is a romantic suite with two rooms inside an old-fashioned porch-styled entry. The front room features a loveseat, an antique trunk table and an antique dresser that serves as the vanity sink. A mirrored armoire and antique nightgown decorate the bedroom. |
Reservations
Reservations are guaranteed by advance payment or valid credit card number and expiration date. You can make a reservation via our online reservation system or you can call us at 816-640-5700.

Gift Certificates and Romance/Spa Packages
Gift Certificates for a stay at the Hatchery House are available for purchase!
A romantic stay at the Hatchery is a perfect wedding or anniversary gift!
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and redeemable for services only, prior to date of expiration.

Cancellations
There is a $20 per room cancellation fee for ALL cancellations.
Full refund (less $20) if cancelled 8 days or more in advance of date of reservation.
Less than 8 days notice, 100% penalty.
Complementary Guest Services
On Friday and Saturday we offer a wine tasting in our dining room between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Homemade pastries, coffee/Tea at 7:00 a.m. and a full country breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. in our dining room.
Enjoy our outdoor hot tub and ask about our specialty baskets.
